We are looking for dynamic individuals to be in business with through our team here at The Price Group at KW.  We are looking for the candidate who wishes to build a big life for themselves through a full-time career in real estate.  

The Price Group at Keller Williams is a fast growing real estate company currently serving multiple markets in Kentucky, Florida, and Indiana, with plans to expand into additional locations over the next 12-24 months. We specialize in residential real estate transactions, helping our clients sell, buy, invest, and build.  There are future growth opportunities available in property management and commercial real estate as well.

It is imperative that this individual be an asset to our organization’s culture in that they are passionate about setting and achieving goals, a champion of our company brand, a dependable team player who understands the importance of continually exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional results in a timely manner.  A proven track record of succeeding in a systems-driven environment is crucial.  The ability to timeblock, manage time proactively, and meet deadlines is a requirement of this role.  It is important that this individual thrive from building, and being in, relationships with others within a high-paced environment.  A mindset of problem-solving rather than problem-presenting is required.

Licensed Lead Generation Specialist

  • The focused priorities (areas of focus) for this role are as follows:
    • Lead Generate through the TPG Lead Levers.
    • Lead Follow-Up using the TPG Lead Follow-Up Systems.
    • LGS is responsible for learning and communicating The Price Group Value Propositions.
    • Book qualified appts for TPG Agents in multiple markets. 
    • CHAMPION EACH OTHER AND THE TEAM, understanding we are an agent-centric organization
    • Deliver a 5 Star Client Experience. Every Client. Every Time. 
  • This role can work from a remote home office. 
  • This role requires a real estate license; 2+ years in the real industry preferred. 
  • This role operates off of a predetermined set schedule. The schedule can often be built to avoid evenings and weekends.
  • This role is base salary plus commission.
