1. Our Market Watch Program

Supply us with your search criteria for your new property (location, sq ft, etc.). We will search the ENTIRE market for you for ALL properties that meet your criteria!

We’ll have your comprehensive list of matching properties (complete with descriptions, pictures, maps, etc.) for you to review via email in 24 hours or less. After you’ve reviewed these matching properties, simply send us the MLS number and/or the property address of the ones you’re interested in. We will set appointments for you to tour and view at your convenience. The service doesn’t stop there – we’ll keep a constant eye on the market for you, 24/7. Every time a property that matches your criteria comes on market or goes through a price change – we will notify you immediately. We work hard while you rest assured that you will not miss a single opportunity!

2. We research expired listings from multiple years back- this is data not made available to the public!

3. We research FSBOs and are also highly successful in negotiating on behalf of our clients in for sale by owner circumstances.
